I interviewed at Loomis Sayles & Company (London, England)
Interview
The interview process was not too bad. There was about 3 or 4 stages i actually cant remember exactly but it was very standard interview questions like tell us about your past experience etc. The interviewers were friendly and I felt relaxed in the interview compared to others ive done before at other companies.

Interview
Had an HR screening a few days after applying and then a first round about a month later. What proceeded was 6 months of Loomis HR emailing me biweekly asking me to say i’m still interested in the role and they are sorry the process is taking so long. After six months of this I did a panel interview which went exceptionally well. That being said, I was ghosted for another month. After two weeks of waiting I asked for an update and they said they need another week. A week later they said they need another week. And then a week later they said they need another week as another candidate had applied.
I eventually asked to be taken out of consideration after not hearing anything substantial for a month+. That email was ignored for another week before the HR rep informs me they had chosen another candidate and I should check out their other roles. Do not apply to this company if you value anything efficient or equitable. they will waste your time and underpay you regardless. Also, they did not actually hire anyone for the role.
