Interview
I interviewed with the manager, James, he made me feel very comfortable and confident. I was extremely nervous and did wait a little longer than expected but he apologised and the interview was fairly brief but informative.

Interview
Similar to the lazy self schedule recruiting process the interview was just as lazy. Go into a crowded loud room where 6 or 7 companies share a suite and you site and wait nearly an hour for a 5 min scripted interview. Basically anyone naive enough or not turned off by the unprofessional interview will be given an opportunity to come back for a second interview to spend the day selling their products in the street for 0 pay.

Interview
I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview two days later. The process was quick but at the in person interview they seemed very unorganized and had left out pertinent information about the position in the job description and phone interview. They then invite you to a day long interview/shadowing event to see you "in action." I did not end up taking the job as they left out that everyone is required to start as a brand ambassador and do direct marketing on the street for an unspecified period of time.
