I had an initial phone screen with a member of the recruitment team after being messaged on LinkedIn. They outlined the company products and position and asked me about my background. I went in to meet the team the same week.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The conversation focused on my experience in AdTech, working with partners, and analyzing performance data. The interviewers were friendly and asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to explain how I approach problem-solving and partner management.

One of the questions they asked was how I would handle a situation where a top DSP partner suddenly reduced their spending. They were interested in understanding how I would analyze the data, communicate with the partner, and identify possible reasons for the change in performance.

Interview
Interviewed with the entire team with at least 4 interviews with positive feedback. After that I never heard from them again. Bad experience. At least communicate you didn't get the job after that much time and effort.
