The interview process took place over 5 stages, starting with a recruiter fact-find, a discussion with the product owner, a take-home assignment, and two final chats with the leadership team. The early stages were pleasant and focused on technical skills, competency questions and experience. In contrast the leadership discussions were more frantic and unstructured. Ultimately after spending nearly a dozen hours in interviews and working on the assignment I was ghosted and did not hear back, which I find very disrespectful for such a time investment and being at the final stage. Their third-party recruiting service were also not terribly helpful or professional throughout.
