Applied on job board online (in this case indeed.com) had brief phone interview and schedule in person interview at Lopata Flegal In person interview was with HR manager - she was very friendly and asked me questions regarding my background and experience. Was offered position and started at an agreed upon date - They were great to interview with and made me very comfortable. Training was done between different departments and helped you feel apart of the team day 1. Interviews are stressful and this made finding a spot in an organization easy and welcoming. This is a great organization to work for.
