I recently interviewed with Lordon Management, and the process began with a short form to fill out at the front desk. After a short wait, I was called into a room for a skills assessment. The assessment involved completing a ten-key test on a PC, which gave me insight into the company's attention to detail and efficiency.
The interviewer was professional and courteous, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. However, I was surprised by the emphasis on technical skills.
Overall, my experience provided insight into the company's operations, but I would have appreciated more opportunities to discuss the company's culture and values.
