Interview
Während Corona wurden die Gespräche Online abgehalten. Die Personaler*innen waren sehr freundlich und haben die Distanz der virtuellen Welt gut berücksichtig. Die Fragen waren fair und gut ausgewählt. Das Gespräch ist super verlaufen. Lorenz ist ein sehr gutes Unternehmen.
Process was in my opinion unneccessery long. They want you undergo the psychological test, made by outside company. I never got the results out of it. In the end I had to make a presantation about myself. There was a lot of management and human relation questions.
Apply first, if your CV match the requirement they will contact you to interview. HR responsible contact you to determine the date. If you accepted by HR, you will go through interview with the CFO & Controlling - if accepted they send you the offer to accept or decline.
