Fair interview process following a specific script designed by the county instead of personal preference. Two interviewers are present with the goal of preventing bias from a single person. They are not allowed to ask questions unrelated to the script for the same reason.

The interview was a phone screening followed by a more in depth interview directly with the hiring manager. I'm not sure if there are further rounds as I wasn't selected
