Interview
I had an video interview with Louis Vuitton. 5 questions which appears on the screen and you have one minute to answer each question. After a week they got back to me in French, declining my application. I applied to work in one of their UK stores and did the video interview in English and therefore I find their recruitment team very unprofessional rejecting me in French, which I had to google translate as I do not speak the language.
The whole purpose in working in the retail sector, is enjoying the daily interaction with people and the fact they just reject you from a video interview which is timed and distracting a person from answering the question to the best of their abilities is totally unfair and opens the door to discrimination. After having gone through this experience, I no longer want to work for this company and asked them to withdraw my CV.

What was your responsibilities in your previous job?
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.

Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
D'abord entretien où on se film via une plateforme et on se présente, ensuite entretien avec personne des ressources humaines et puis potentiellement entretien store manager. Le procédé est assez rapide et agréable. Lors de l'entretien RH vous devrait faire une présentation d'articles que vous conseilleriez à des clients.
