Hice una entrevista virtual a solas respondiendo unas preguntas frente a una cámara para luego de finalizarla en esa plataforma ser enviada a la empresa. A los pocos días recibí un correo por parte de una reclutadora de la empresa para hacer una entrevista vía Zoom pidiéndome disponibilidad a la que respondí inmediatamente, pasaron más de 10 días y nunca me respondió ni volvió a contactar, sorprendida he quedado con la falta de profesionalismo.

Virtual: 1) Cuéntanos quien eres y sobre tu empleo actual. 2)Por qué te gustaría trabajar en LV? 3)Cuéntanos una experiencia con algún cliente que la haya hecho especial. 4) Que te parece la colección de Women / Men de LV? 5) Este puesto es para jornada completa de 40 hs, está bien para ti? 6) Que disponibilidad tienes?.
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.

Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
D'abord entretien où on se film via une plateforme et on se présente, ensuite entretien avec personne des ressources humaines et puis potentiellement entretien store manager. Le procédé est assez rapide et agréable. Lors de l'entretien RH vous devrait faire une présentation d'articles que vous conseilleriez à des clients.
