They call you in, sit down interview first and if they like you, they ask you to teach a model lesson to a small group of students. They discuss the lesson after you leave and call you if you are chosen. You then have your contract emailed to you along with your background check information that YOU have to pay for at State Police. If you remember to keep the receipt they will reimburse you.
