Was straight forward, interview, face-to-face, direct manager, overall culture seems good, women-focused, good for first time job seekers. i would say that the diff is average, not crazy but still stringent. applicants should be ready.

There were multiple rounds of interviews, and the point of contact from the recruitment team was prompt in scheduling for next ones. Included a peer group interview round as well with relevant stakeholders.
