Set up an initial phone screener interview with HR. Went well and was told the hiring manager was impressed by my portfolio. Set up a follow up interview via zoom with the hiring manager at the end of the phone call. Interviewed with the hiring manager a few days later. Heard back from them a week later and was told I was under qualified even though the hiring manager had less experience than me.

Smooth process overall, I had 3 rounds, first round was with the recruiter over the phone, then 2 more rounds with people from the video team. Great company with lots of potential.
