Interview
Walked into the store around 9:00 regional manager and other managers and assistants from other stores interviewed me and about 6 people. Overall amazing interview. Asked us a fun fact about our self, asked us about anything we might know about lovisa in general and also read us their checklist and what they are expecting from us. We were assigned to sell a piece of jewellery and we all got in pairs and had a chat about it. And we wrote our names and availability’s and where we wanted and we went on our merry way! Good experience so far.
It was a group interview setting with 2 hiring mangers that included sales and role-play activities to test cashier customer service and styling advice. Questions were centred around how we approach a challenge and interests in the role.

I applied through the careers section on the Lovisa website, filled out an Application Form and recorded a video of myself. I then got contacted for an interview. It was a online interview via Zoom with the Regional Manager of New South Wales. It was well organised. The interviewer was very easy going.
