I applied online. I interviewed at Loyal Source (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Standard process. Sent resume, had a phone interview, and went in person. The office is very nice and in a good part of town. Everyone i saw seemed happy. However, by the way I saw some people dressed, I have to question how serious of a business this is. I saw one man in shorts, and my interviewer, who was a very personable lady, had on plaid pants that looked like pajama pants. I found it disrespectful that she chose such a casual outfit to conduct interviews. I am marking "did not get an offer" because I don't know yet if I will get an offer, nor if I'll accept.
Welcoming at front area. Great conversation with manager. Asked more than the tell me about yourself, typical questions. The interview was more thought provoking. Thankful for the time and experience.

Over the phone with recruiter then in person with manager. Afterwards the recruiter gave me a call. Toured the office and shadowed for a little bit. Pretty easy interview and process

They called to schedule an interview and they never sent any Teams account information, nor did they answer my phone calls and emails. Possible scam. The HR representative declined calls. Unprofessional. No response from them and they called me initially.
