      Program Manager Interview

      5 Jan 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Orlando, FL
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Loyal Source (Orlando, FL)

      Interview

I had several interviews and the only person that was honest about the amount of hours I was expected to work was the last person. I was told it was routine to work 60-70 hours weekly and not uncommon to have an 11pm Zoom meeting pop up. However, I asked during the first interview what the anticipated work week looked like and was told 40 hours a week because the company "supported a good work-life balance."
