I met with a recruiter at my school and they took my resume. They then called me to set up a phone interview. About a week later I got an offer. I've been told that you could have either a phone interview or a Skype interview. Then you will be asked to have an onsite interview where you meet with HR and IS in different meetings.

I was brought me to Wickliffe, OH (Lubrizol's HQ) for a full day of interviews and tours with engineers, managers, HR, and other co-ops. It was an all day process that spanned both the R&D facilities and the nearby manufacturing facility in Painesville, OH.
