Initially there were the 9 of us being interviewed/trained. as time went by, this company cut people on a daily basis. Eventually I got cut too along with the other 6 people due to the reason that I am currently taking some grad school courses. The entire inter and training process took 5~10 days. And the "ceo" was constantly changing his ideas in his mind regarding our positions and pays, which were totally different than the information given on the job posting website. In sum, it was a painful experience to go through all these unnecessary processes, the "CEO" mentioned he is cruel and ruthless since he cuts people and hires new ones all the time. There was no contract in this company. Hence, he could lay people off at any time and any where. And this creates a sense of insecurity for the employees.
