It was a very positive and engaging experience from the start. After applying, I received an email detailing the recruitment process, with a link to book a call for the first stage. It was a quick call with HR, very casual but professional and friendly. I was then invited to their head office for an in-person interview, which was more formal than the first stage but still conversational and more of a chat about my experience than a formal interview. The interviewers were very supportive and made me feel at ease, offering me refreshments and giving me a tour of their office.

il colloquio in genere è breve e con domande molto dirette, ci sono tre step e avviene tutto da remoto, non si parla solo di esperienze lavorative ma anche di attitudini personali e soft skills
