Interview Experience – Deputy Manager Engineering Interview process included multiple rounds, culminating in a detailed discussion with a Director. The technical and leadership conversations were professional and engaging, with good depth around supply chain, manufacturing challenges, and international operations. However, after the final interview, communication from the recruiting side stopped, and I did not receive any update on the outcome despite polite follow-ups. While delays can happen in complex hiring processes, clearer closure or status updates would significantly improve the candidate experience.
