Wasn't too impressed with any of the people I dealt with. Things began with a pretty standard phone screen. I was supposed to hear back about the next phase (another phone screen -- yes, two) but HR apparently didn't get the memo, so it took a few rounds of e-mail/voicemail tag. When it finally happened, the guy called at the wrong time, then rushed through the interview, which was a pretty superficial conversation where he asked generic, random questions that did little to reveal anything meaningful about the job, or assess my fit for it. It seemed even less useful than the first conversation. One of these guys sometimes gave BS responses to my questions, and none of them could answer the most basic question of all: what the salary would be! The result was a month of wasted time -- and it would've been two months, had the process gone further. They seemed like a shallow, thoughtless, insincere bunch.
