The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Motors (Palo Alto, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Phone call with screener to explain background (30 min)
Phone call with hiring manager discussing background (30 min)
Then video interview with about five people in finance and outside of finance (3 hours)
Questions were about background, approaching problems, etc.
A few of the people didn’t show up so I was stuck on the call with the last person trying to find the next person. The final person didn’t show and they asked me to re-schedule. The process was very unprofessional and at the end they offered a job below what I interviewed for (offered analyst job and interviewed for supervisor). Lucid wasted a ton of my time. Since I told them at the beginning I had no interest in an analyst position.
The finance team didn’t seem to know what they were doing regarding forecasting, actuals and having controls in place.
I would avoid interviewing with this company unless you are looking to practice interviewing.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Motors in Jan 2023
Interview
Screening was a half an hour interview. Second stage was with a director from the department. They were going through a restructuring. That's why it wasn't clear if the position was going to report into him. Interview was casual, a couple of questions to the CV, a couple of questions about personality. It got wrapped up in 45 min.
