Followed by an a day of onsite interviewing that started with a rehearsed presentation of any technical topic of your choice, followed by a series of interviews with various members of the team. A lot of the interviewers were also relatively new to the company. you could tell they were talented, but you could also tell their roles were also fluid and not fully defined (yet). I could not figure out if this was a good thing or a bad thing at the time.
