      Interview

      The interview process was thorough, professional, and highly relevant to the role. It began with introductory conversations and progressed into deeper discussions with the hiring manager and several cross-functional leaders. The conversations focused on leadership experience, technical sales strategy, customer discovery, team development, and how to support a scaling go-to-market motion. Later in the process, I completed a practical business scenario that reflected the type of thinking required for the role. It gave me the opportunity to walk through how I would evaluate a customer situation, structure a recommendation, and communicate a clear path forward. Overall, the process felt fair, transparent, and well-run. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful, engaged, and generous with their time. I left the process with a strong sense of the company’s priorities, culture, and expectations for the role.
