I applied online. I interviewed at Lucky Lincoln Gaming (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
It as a 3-round interview. First I talked with the recruiter on the phone. Then she scheduled for me to go in-person to interview with the president and then another day to interview with the CFO.
On the last interview, I was told I would be informed if I got the job in a week.
One week had passed and I emailed the recruiter to follow up, and sent 2 other emails on that same week. She completely ghosted me (she was very responsive before).
They never got back to me to let me know I didnt get the job. After making me go there in-person twice during a pandemic, I would at least expect the courtesy of being notified I was not selected.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lucky Lincoln Gaming (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2020
Interview
I really enjoyed the interview process for this company. I had multiple interviews with the COO in which I could tell that he and the rest of the team that I met, wanted to find the right fit and would do whatever it took to make sure that person felt prepared and comfortable. I had a one on one with Dan where he outlined the expectations of the Job and informed me of the situations I might encounter as this was a new position and would require a lot of leg work at the forefront. I was given scenarios that allowed me to showcase my abilities to troubleshoot, manage, and overall how I deal with conflicts. I was also given an opportunity to see the location in which I would be managing, as the company is moving to a newly renovated location. The HR Manager, Dan and other team members were very welcoming and helpful throughout my interview process. One the course of the interview process, they realized there was a position in their office that I could be more effective and have greater opportunities to continue the excellence of the company and I accepted the role as Relationship Manager.
