I called and told them I applied online, I had an interview the next day. I was hired on the spot. The manager never saw my application, but I did bring a resume to the interview. The manager was so impressed he asked the assistant manager to come and sit in on the interview.

Around 15 minutes, was a hiring event, so had to answer some questions on a paper equivalent to the online application then discussed the job, and was able to ask questions of my own.
