I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lucky Strike Entertainment (Anaheim, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
The interview was very intense with the General Manager at the time. I arrived early and waited nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled interview time for him to be ready to meet with me. The interview seemed to take a very long time but the questions that he asked were very in depth which was somewhat unexpected for an initial interview.

Question 1
What do you bring to our team that nobody else would probably bring?
I interviewed at Lucky Strike Entertainment (Syosset, NY)
Interview
Showed up to what I thought was an interview turns out it was a “hiring event”. There were like five other people there at the same time and they just cycled through them with five minute interview. Waste of time.
It was great. Hiring manager was very kind and thoughtful with questions and answers. He listened to me and kept the conversation going in an upbeat, professional and timely manner.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lucky Strike Entertainment (Ladera Ranch, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very quick and easy, talked about my life and was asked about regular life experiences and my personality rather than job-specific. Got hired on the spot at a job fair but was asked to be a lane server instead of an event host like i originally wanted but ended up making more money that way.
