You may also be asked to engage in a practical assessment to evaluate your problem-solving and legal drafting skills.

Very Relaxed one on one interview with partner. It was not the standard interview with boilerplate questions. The partner took the time to read my resume in advance, get reference, thus it was all about fit as they knew my qualifications
