Submission of the application, assessment test, 30 min online interview, assessment day in Frankfurt including 90min cognitive test, 3 interviews with external psychologist. One interview being a role-play, the other interview a small case study about some topic out of the aviation industry and the third one was a classical job interview with classic questions

Very professional, but also lengthy process with a decent feedback process and nice accomodation and travel arrangements. Various different tasks, computer testing, psychological assessments, group tasks, etc. That is only on the final assessment day, if you pass the previous online interviews and tests.
