Interview
The interview lasted around one hour. Firstly I was introduced about the two interviewers, the programm and the tasks I might face in the future. Then the questions are mainly about my past experience according to my CV and my expectation to the job. The interview was half German, half English. I felt quite comfortable with their questions and attitudes.
Kurze Selbstvorstellung mit Name, aktuellem Studiengang, Semester und Motivation. Interesse an Lufthansa, Fragen zur Unternehmenskultur, Teamstruktur, digitalen Tools. Fachliche Fragen zum Bereich Revenue Management. Vorstellung konkreter Aufgaben und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Praktikum.
Got rejected without feedback. Passed all digital assessment and came in the top 3, still rejected without feedback after a did a very short,general interview. Left confused. It is what it is.
