Interview
The first stage was to have a Phone interview where i was asked about my availability and salary expectations. The second stage was a Skype interview that lasted about 40 minutes. The interview was easy and relaxing, i did not feel any pressure through the process. Was two interviewers present but only one was asking questions, the other was just taking notes. The questions was around customer service and previous experience.

Il processo è stato svolto via e-mail dopo aver partecipato ad una selezione on line sul sito aziendale. La responsabile è stata molto gentile nel rapportarsi con me, nel rispondere con puntualità alle richieste di miglioramento dei punti deboli.
