You have to submit a 'virtual' interview before moving forward in the application process. This means their automated system asks you questions and you respond via camera and audio. Your responses are kept on file for a year. The two questions I was given were meant to explore negative issues, i.e. your weaknesses. There was no opportunity to provide any information about why you should be considered for the position. No human contact at all and no feedback after recording my answers.
