Decent response time to connect after online application to a phone screen with the recruiter and subsequent interviews. Despite disclosing salary requirements when asked in the phone screen, in-person 1st round interview with the hiring manager, 2nd round phone interviews with hiring manager's manager, and onsite interviews at company HQ, the issue came down to salary. I was disappointed and frustrated that they kept progressing the process when I was explicit about my salary expectations and I was above their targeted range.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lumen (Denver, CO) in May 2019

6+ hours of Back to Back interviews with 8 people on one day. One week later I emailed the recruiter asking for an update and never got a response. The position still says "Resume review" 2 months later. The lack of follow-up or communication at all is the worst part especially since it was for an HR position.
