      I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lumen (Idaho Falls, ID) in Feb 2011

      Interview

      They want to know how well you can sell additional service like DirecTV and Verizon. Even if its a "retention" position that you are applying for, you need to sell in order to keep your job. So, be prepared to sell a lot and question every customer about additional service or faster Internet (which they call HSI). There are a lot of calls from customers who say their internet is slow, and a lot of the time there is nothing faster.
