I Applied for position online. I then took an online profile assessment test w/in 5 days. I received an email from hiring manager within about a week. In the meantime, I networked and found several work-related friends who have worked at the company. I requested a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. I met the Hiring Manager, who was friendly, polite and easygoing. We met for about 30 minutes and he asked me some specific role based questions. Following that meeting, I met with a 2-member panel of position peers, who asked me questions about my background and some job questions. They shared their background and impressions of their team, group, and company and their current challenges. Overall a very positive, respectful process.
