I had several interviews with four different vice presidents. I got good feedback from all of them during the interview and felt like I was moving onto the next step. Weeks went by after my follow up emails and I didn’t hear back from anybody. I sent the person hiring for the position to emails and I never heard back. It’s one thing to say you did not make it to the next step but it’s another to completely ignore an applicant who spent hours of their time speaking to your employees.
