i was with the company for 16 years when i got let go as a part of a reduction in force. i applied for the AC job because I was qualified for the job. I worked closely with sales in my other position and would have been a valuable asset to the accounts knowing the other side of the business.

Took six months to get position. I was an interal transfer. I had to pay my own moving expenses and use my own vacation time.
