After initial job application was submitted, I was asked to complete a 1 way virtual interview, I was presented with a video and written questions that were behavioral-based. I had 1 minute to prepare and then I had 3 minutes to record my answer. After that I had to complete 2 games. I received an assessment from the AI bot but never heard anything else. It was strange and impersonal.
