You must have a very high opinion of yourself as a company to require candidates complete an onerous application process whereby they essentially have to re-enter a bunch of info that is already included on their resume and THEN expect them to complete a recorded video "interview" before even being considered for a real interview. The job market is extremely difficult right now, maybe show a little respect for the applicant's time and for the applicant in general.

Interview
Applied online and got an email to do the recorded interview through HireVue. I just submitted the recording so idk if I'll get the chance to meet with a human yet - but I actually liked the recorded interview. HireVue gives you a few minutes to jot down some notes & prep in between each question. I found the whole thing to be far less stressful than a human interview. They sent me insights from the recorded interview - something human interviewers don't bother to do for candidates.
After the recorded video interview questions you are prompted to play 3 games: 1 math game (simple addition & subtraction), puzzle game and a memorization game.
