They offered me to join as Website Designer in Joomla and Graphic Designer for their Offset Printing Jobs. After three months, company asked me to find some solution to streamline the support calls from customers.
I started to find CRM and ERP solutions and intially found the OTRS as ticketing system. I trained 6 people and started the Call Center as new department in the company. After five months working with OTRS, I found vTiger CRM as ideal solution for our call center. I am using vTiger since 2010 and its working as a best tool to manage our Trouble Ticketing System.
I create websites for the events and products of the company in html (usind Adobe Dreamweaver), Joomla and Wordpress.
