The role was a part time job for a Student Developer or Graduated Developer to create Automation for the application using cypress. First Interview: 30 minutes of talking and getting to know each other with the Head of Development and then he sent me the assignment by email. The assignment was on Github and I was asked to create an automation test according the scenario using cypress. The task was very easy. The second interview: 20 minutes of talking with the team leader in order to get to know each other and he tried to see if I understand the meaning of testing and how I think like a test scenarios creator. The overall process was very positive, there was a good communication between us.
