Actually the Hiring Process was based on two rounds and they are Typing Test and HR. In the first round you should qualify the typing test with 20wpm and for me it was a cake walk. Actually the second round was something fishy to me and explained about Roles and Responsibilities. Atlast that HR didn't utter any single word about Salary and Benefits of the employee.

They told about how the company works and who their clients are what kind of culture they follow and what will be their shifts after that they conducted aptitude test and then Personal Interview

It was fun. As a fresher got to learn a lot from that interview. Interviewer was very kind. Interview almost lasted for an hour. Communication was very good and understandable.
