Interview
Talked to CTO, followed by 45 min coding interview with a software engineer. They were both really nice, informative about the company, and when I didn't get the role they sent a nice email. Coding interview was of reasonable difficulty, made it to the end of the problem but had a bug remaining.
They don't ask you any complex questions. They are looking for someone hardworking and determined. You will have an initial interview, where they will make you fill out some personal questions to know you better, then you will have a second-round discussion.

This is a MLM (multi-level marketing, AKA pyramid structure) scheme, the same things happen ALL OVER the country under the guise of “event based promotions” or “entry level marketing” etc etc., yet you will simply be a pushy salesman. JUICE! (“Join us in creating excitement”, or, more accurately, “YES MASTER!”) You will be hocking products at grocery stores under the cloak of “marketing” and the promise of business ownership with fast promotions if you “have a positive attitude”. Do yourself a favor and RUN!!!! This is a greed cult and many have fallen victim to their manipulation and exploitation. Don’t believe me go see for yourself. Look up “The Slave Circle” documentary on YouTube. These people are soulless BS’ers who seek to profit from your hopefulness. Scum of the earth, these people are lower than a snake’s belly and will trample you to get a measly profit.
