The recruiter did not show up for the first interview and had to reschedule due to her own mistake. In the second round, the hiring manager joined 10 minutes late and appeared disengaged throughout the interview, even dozing off at times and asking several unfocused questions. Overall, this did not reflect a company that is strongly committed to professionalism or a well-run interview process.

The interview process is quite extensive, it includes an HR round, a hiring manager interview, four individual one-on-one sessions, and a final walkthrough before the decision stage and offer. HR was very responsive and easy to work it.
