I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lunardi's Super Market (San Bruno, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
It was a very simple basic screening for about 5 minutes. Not much experience needed to obtain the job. It is a relatively easy interview process for anyone and they hire pretty much most people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about if I was able to deal with stress
When you come in to respond to the hiring ad, they’ll give you a piece of paper marked pre-interview. It’s essentially an application. Employees recommended that I submit it between seven and two when the store manager is in. This is because they really want to get a sense of what an employee is like in person, and it’s apparently a very important part of the interview process. I’m returning my application today. Wish me luck!
