1. Speed date with three different challenges á three minutes plus mingling with employees.
2. Case interview with two representatives.
3. Deep interview for 1,5 hours with a manager.
4. Interview with the CEO and one more manager.

Interview
Compromises pf 4 stages where the first stage is an informal interview/talk, second is case/test you do with an employee, third is a deep interview with the same interviewer plus a second manager then the last stage is when you meet the CEO for a final assessment.
