Applied online and followed up with phone call. They were very disorganized and couldn't remember which positions were open. The director kept call me by the wrong name. She promised to email me the job description for the position I was interested in but I never received it.

It is a two step Interview before the job is offer pending your drug test and screening and after all the results come in they call you and give you your start date.
