Lutherwood interview questions

2 interviewers (1 manager, 1 HR) asked situational questions to find out how I'd behaved in certain situations. Big emphasis on customer service (internal & external), problem solving, resilience, results orientation, entrepreneurship, & flexibility. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Both interviewers did their best to put me at ease at the beginning and answer my questions at the end. Good candidate experience.
