The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Allentown, PA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Went through a phone interview. Recruiter told me I was a great candidate and that my profile would be reviewed and I would here from the company not later than 2 weeks for that date. I waited 2 1/2 weeks and gave the company a call with no answer so I left a message inquiring about the position and nothing. I eventually called back but it seemed as if I was prying for an answer and was eventually told I was not accepted but I beleive this was due to my persistence to get answer. I thought that was a good quality, and since the company did not keep its deadline I felt the right to inquire.
There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions
