Simple, two-stage interview process. The first one is actually about telling the manager about yourself and work ability. The second is more like an introduction to their company, where a supervisor tells you about the work schedule, style, and such.

This place was absolutely disorganized and chaotic with over 30 people all piling in at the same time. I was 15 minutes early and had to wait over 30 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. A company like that obviously cannot value you or your time. I was then greeted by a manager who asked me the most mundane basic interview questions ever and then ushered me out of the room before I had the chance to ask about the job, its responsibilities and it’s salary range. I was told that I would be contacted whether they were going to move forward with me or not but I of course was never called. Stop wasting people’s time with what should be a phone interview. Careers are serious matters and do not deserve this cattle call treatment. I was treated with more respect when I applied for my first job at the corner drug store. I can’t believe that a company like this is still operating a time when news travels as fast as it does.
